Dante E. Daniels, BS

Dante Daniels is a Data Analyst Specialist with a strong foundation in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and operational strategy. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Dante combines exceptional technical expertise with outstanding organizational and administrative skills. As a former U.S. Naval Officer, he has extensive experience managing operations, coordinating logistics, and optimizing workflows to drive efficiency and success.
Currently serving as our organization’ s Office Assistant, Dante plays a crucial role in managing administrative tasks within our dynamic mental health practice. His well-rounded expertise spans multiple technical fields, including Python, C/C++, Java, SQL, advanced administrative platforms, and cybersecurity principles. He specializes in database management, data security, and process optimization, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. His proficiency in overseeing complex projects, managing budgets, and improving operational systems significantly contributes to the ongoing success of our organization.
As Dante pursues his Master of Science in Computer Science at Iona University, he is deeply committed to using computational techniques to improve administrative systems and methodologies, with a particular focus on neuroscience and data-driven research. His leadership experience in cross-functional teams during his 10 years in the military, paired with his analytical expertise, aligns seamlessly with the neurophysics domain, where precision, integrity, and operational efficiency are essential.
Beyond his technical prowess, Dante is devoted to making a positive impact in the lives of others. Throughout his undergraduate education and currently in graduate school, he volunteers his time as a dedicated mentor, teaching and guiding students from underrepresented communities. His passion for giving back is also reflected in his work with the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities, where he assists individuals and families in achieving independence and accessing necessary care. Dante’s dedication to serving others and his unwavering commitment to community development directly align with our organization’s core values.
With expertise in administrative practices, algorithm development, database management, cybersecurity, and process optimization, Dante continues to support organizational growth through data-driven insights and strategic solutions, all while making a lasting, positive impact on his community and supporting our practice’s exceptional clinicians.
